350 Block Report- December

It is the last month of 2020. It has been a year to remember for all the wrong reasons. I have already reached the 350 block goal which feels good.

 This month we have 31 blocks.

Twinkle Star was my main project for December for a total of 20.

I made two more of my Honey blocks.

I start the Project Uninterrupted girls off on their Summer Project Challenge. Once again a simple one block project. So far I have made 45 blocks.

Plus  12 diamonds for my Lakeshore Sunrise Quilt. Here are 3 of them set to give you an idea of what they look like.

My total for this month is 79.  I am finishing the year off with a bang. I think this is my biggest monthly total for the year.

My total for the year is 489. I think that is a good total for this year. I know it could have been better but I could have done worse too. I am happy with what I managed to do in 2020. Looking forward to 2021.

350 Block Report - November's Report

We are coming to the end of this year.  This month's total is 30 blocks.

 What have I been sewing this month. I have made 2 Pscyadelia blocks

5 to my total for putting my Wedding Star Table topper together,

Remaining 12 blocks completed for my Clockworx quilt Then pieced the 7 sashing strips and joining the blocks together with borders for a total of 20.

One block that I turned into a basket. I can see me doing more of these.

This month's total is 28.

This year's total is 418.

This month's total is 31 blocks.

I had remake 10 blocks I made last month. I do consider unpicking them but as they are paper pieced the stitches are small.

8 large blocks.

2 blocks for my Wedding Star Table Topper.

350 Block Report- September

 

September should see me knocking out plenty of blocks as our annual retreat is smack bang in the middle of the month.

This month's total is 30 blocks.

I started the month off with 5 blocks for my Ponsettia table topper and then 3 to piece it all together.

 5 blocks for this one I created just for the fun of experiementing. Plus 1 for sewing it together.

8 Quiltworx blocks

This table runner I have classed each row as a block so 18 for this one.

This month's total is 40.

This year's total is  390.

We have 31 blocks for August to complete.

4 corner block for my Baby Bella. Sorry no picture.

6 American Honey Blocks

3 Pineapple blocks from an upcoming workshop.

4 sections joined together  and borders for my Paradise in Bloom quilt. 

Poinsettia section 10 blocks. No picture why I don't know.

This month's total is 27.  Really is that all I did in August?

This year's total is 350.

350 Block Report 2020- July

July has whizzed passed in a blink of my eyes somehow. This month's total is 31 blocks.

4 applique basket blocks and 6 other applique sections for Paradise in Bloom

7 blocks for this table topper plus applique  for a total of 8

8 Diamonds and 4 borders on my Baby Bella quilt

16 sawtooth sections for my Paradise in Bloom

4 blocks for my 2 leaf placemats.

It turns out I spent some time at the machine this month as there was 3 bags made as well that I haven't counted here.

This month's total is 44.

This month we have 30 blocks to complete.

I made this quilt top. Technically only 2 but that's ok.

16 Spikey blocks and 8 flower blocks for my Paradise in Bloom Quilt.

1 Stitchery Cushion front

4 blocks to make up these two placemats.

My total this month is 31.

My yearly total is 279.

This month's total is 30 blocks.

I have made 12 more flower blocks.

9 super sized flower blocks.

16 more sections from my Paradise in Bloom project.

24 triangle blocks for my Charm element quilt.

On the last day of the month I made 9 pineapple blocks.

This month's total is 70.
The year total is 217.

350 Block Report - March

We are in to March already.   This month's total is 31.  So what have I been up to during March.

I have been busy with binding projects again but I did manage the following in between binding jobs.

1 Psychedelia block

I pieced the second last charity quilt with some help from Jo. Only 2 for me

I pieced the Australian themed quilt 3 for this one.

Two large star blocks and 4 small star blocks for a total of 6.

1 test block plus 8 extra for a secret project. Shh don't tell anyone that you had a peek.

4 basket blocks

This month's total is 24. A few short of this month's total but who knows what April will bring. With events being cancelled, I know I will have some extra sewing time coming my way.
The year's total is 147.

350 Block Report- February

This month's total is 29.
Technically that is a block a day.
Now I started and finished this wallhanging as part of the Red Blog Hop for a total of 4.

I started work on this year's temperature quilt. 4 blocks so far

10 more pinwheel blocks

Sashing and borders for 3 charity quilt for a total of 6. Plus one centre block as I was one short. 7 in
total.

We started our Technique of the month series this month so far 8 block completed.

1 test block for the Psychedelia BOM

2 blocks for the Dust off a Quilt Book Blog Hop which I can't share for a couple more day.

This month's total is 36.
This year's total is 123.
