August's One Monthly Goal Completed

Heading into the last week of August I am happy to say I have completed this month's goal of finishing this little sewing pouch. Here is my original post.

Though twice this month I sat down to complete it and I had a problem. The first time I can't find my copy of the instructions so I was sure what I was doing. It got put aside. A week later I found my instructions and tried again, this time I couldn't find my purple thread which I used on my journal cover. I should have put it back where it belonged. So on the third attempt all the stars aligned and I was able to finish it off. I did make one mistake but it's not that noticable I hope.

So now it is ready for me to use.

I have linked my post with Elm Street Quilt post, so pop over and check out what else was acheived this month by the group and I will  start thinking on what I want to set for Septmenber. I will be off on retreat for 3 days and I am wondering if I set myself a slightly larger goal for September. What do you think?
Until Next Time
Keep Stitching

Such a pretty project. I love a little bit of embroidery in a project too.
